Testimonials
"We were successful in achieving broad public support for this campaign by implementing a credible fact-based communication and outreach strategy targeted at key audiences, along with very careful planning and patient execution. Each of you helped the company realize that public scrutiny of the project would be intense, and a multi-faceted public affairs campaign would be needed to educate, inform and address concerns. As you know, the campaign included advocacy by employees and external supporters from the local community, businesses, labor organizations, municipal and cooperative utilities, civic groups, and state and local governments. Your role strengthened our credibility and avoided the stereotypical approach often associated with traditional utility construction projects."– Barry McNulty, We Energies
"When we first engaged you we, frankly, were bogged down in the government approval process. You and your colleagues immediately worked with us to assess the situation, meeting with the relevant city and state officials as well as project personnel. From that, you and the other Broydrick people worked with us to craft a results-based communication, community outreach and government liaison program. Then you personally led a team in the field to develop critical information and to communicate our message. The result speaks for itself!"– David A. Watts, Household Commercial Real Estate Services
"I have been coming to the Heart Healthy Club since it was first offered. I have had a high triglyceride count for many years. Back in 2004, I talked to one of the speakers after the meeting about the high triglyceride count. She told me 'You are a candidate for a heart attack or a stroke.' The next time I visited my doctor, I told her what I was told at the Heart Healthy Club ... My doctor started me on Crestor. At that time my triglyceride count was 623 and last June my count was 238 ... I say 'Thanks Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center and Heart Healthy Club' for the improvement."– Letter from St. Luke's Heart Healthy Club member in Muskego, Wis.
"Wait, there is more. It was April 2006 that I again talked to one of the speakers that presented that month at Heart Healthy Club. I told her about the tightness that I experienced on rare occasions for the last six or seven years. This would happen in my jaw and chest ... I did have a fear in the back of my head that this is not right. She said I should see my cardiologist. I met a cardiologist in the Heart Tower at St. Luke's Medical Center who had been called in to see my friend who was having heart failure. I had my first appointment with this specialist on April 25 and after several tests I was told I needed a pacemaker. On May 8, I was a patient at SLMC and received a pacemaker. Once again I say 'Thank you Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center Heart Healthy Club.'
"I have had the privilege to work with Lynne Broydrick and her team on several significant growth initiatives. When you anticipate community controversy and strong opposition to your organization's efforts, Lynne is someone you want on your team. She is highly skilled at assessing community dynamics and concerns at the grass roots, and at employing strategic thinking to chart a path forward. She has many years of experience helping organizations navigate through difficult situations, and her record of success is impressive. Lynne also is an outstanding leader who can be counted on to inspire a project team to persevere even in the face of enormous challenges. Aurora Health Care has worked with Lynne on a variety of projects since the early 1990s, and I have no hesitation in recommending her to you."– Jeff Squire, Aurora Health Care
"Lynne Broydrick is a brilliant and dedicated corporate strategist. Her knowledge of the healthcare industry, and particularly of the issues involved in marshalling support for and approval of new medical center construction, is second to none. Since 1992, she has successfully devised and implemented the strategy for approval and construction of nearly a dozen new hospitals and ambulatory care facilities for our client Aurora Health Care. In many of these instances Lynne and her Group succeeded in what Aurora executives believed to be "next to impossible" situations. Her understanding of, and ability to articulate, the most important benefits arising to a community from new healthcare facility construction, her ability to initiate, build, and sustain positive relationships with key governmental and business leaders, and her ability to create and carry out an effective and highly integrated communications strategy, were essential to Aurora's success in each of these endeavors. Lynne Broydrick is focused, energetic and creative. She is a quick-study, works positively and effectively with all types of personalities, and is cost-efficient and effective."– James P. Connelly, Foley & Lardner
